An agreement between you and the owner of the Kyzyl-Kiya platform (ИП Омурзаков Муратбек Колдошалиевич, ИНН 21003200100108). It applies to the website kyzylkiya.city and to the Android and iOS apps. By using the platform you accept these rules.
What the platform is
Kyzyl-Kiya is a place where residents of the city and nearby villages post listings and find what they need.
We provide the place for a listing and the contact between buyer and seller. We are not a seller, a buyer or an intermediary in the deal: you agree and settle directly with each other.
Payment for goods does not go through the platform. We do not hold money, do not process payments between people and do not guarantee deals.
Signing in and your account
Sign-in is by phone number: a code arrives by SMS. There is no separate seller account - one profile is used both to buy and to sell.
The person whose number the account is registered to is responsible for what happens in it. Never share the SMS code.
You can close the account at any time: Profile - Settings - Close account. The steps and timing are on a separate page.
What you may post
A listing must describe a real item or service, and the photo must relate to it.
State the category and the price honestly. Do not post the same item several times.
The contact number must be yours.
What you may not post
Anything prohibited by the law of the Kyrgyz Republic: weapons and ammunition, narcotic and psychotropic substances, forged documents, stolen goods.
Prescription medicines, intimate services, and any goods or services whose circulation is restricted.
Other people's photos and texts without the owner's permission.
Insults, threats, other people’s personal data.
Review and blocking
Listings are reviewed. We may reject a listing, unpublish it or block an account if the rules are broken.
The reason for a rejection is shown in the app and on the website. If you believe the decision is wrong, write to us.
Placing a listing
Placing a listing costs 100 som per listing.
The placement fee is not refunded if the listing is rejected for breaking these rules.
Responsibility
The person who posted the listing is responsible for its content, for the item and for keeping the agreement.
The platform is not responsible for the quality of goods, for the deal between people or for the settlement between them.
We do our best to keep the platform running, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation during network failures, provider outages or server maintenance.

Changes
These rules may change. A new version is published on this page and the date at the top is updated.
